Here is some important information about your holiday home in Val Gardena - for a successful stay at the Alpinchalet Luispeck in South Tyrol.

Check-in and check-out:
We would like to point out that the apartments are available from 3.00 pm on arrival and must be left until 9.00 am on departure. Thank you

Reservation:
Your reservation is valid only after the receipt of a deposit. The payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Payment:
To pay your bill we accept cash, Cash card, Master and Visa card.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Unfortunately a lot of things can happen before departure. In case of late arrival or early departure, a cancellation fee can be charged. To avoid any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

• From the day of booking until 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the booked stay
• From 29 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked stay
• From the 6th day prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the booked stay
